The decisions I made in 2019 have been instrumental in shaping the person I am today. Through a series of introspection sessions, I recognized that I had room for improvement and embarked on a journey of growth. This process was not without its challenges, as it involved confronting my inner demons and opening up a Pandora's box of self-discovery. While I cannot claim to have conquered all my shortcomings, I feel a sense of control over who I am and who I want to become

The pandemic lock-down provided me with an opportunity to reflect on my aspirations and chart a new course for my career. I began as a freelancer in data management but soon realized that I wanted to offer a more extensive suite of services to my clients. However, I quickly realized that this approach was unfocused and lacked clarity. I took a step back and reevaluated my motivations, focusing on my clients' needs and priorities. This led to a more targeted and focused approach, culminating in the establishment of my own company, THE SPHERE​​

I am pursuing my passion for writing by taking a bold step and starting my own business, freeing myself from a 9-to-5 job. With ten years of experience in customer experience management, I am confident in my ability to run a successful company. Though the journey has been challenging, I am committed to overcoming any obstacles that come my way with efficiency

My ultimate goal is to establish a self-sufficient business that can run without my constant attention, allowing me to focus on my writing and publishing books.
